ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an experienced carer with a desire to progress your career to the next level?
Do you prefer to work nights?
Our care teams make a real difference every day, and your professionalism, teamed with kindness and compassion, will be at the core of everything you do. Leading a small team of carers, you’ll be responsible for maintaining wakeful watch on the security and safety of our residents and the home. You’ll ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed, understand the importance of maintaining accurate records, and manage your own and your team’s time effectively to support residents’ wellbeing. Some shifts might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun, and make lasting memories with our residents.
Joining us means becoming part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside passionate team members dedicated to providing care, warmth, and kindness to all who live and work in our homes.
Located near the Wiltshire town of Calne, Marden Court care home provides devoted, compassionate residential and respite care to 28 residents.
