Key Responsibilities
* Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing forklift trucks
* Carrying out planned maintenance and responding to breakdowns
* Liaising directly with customers and keeping them informed
* Maintaining and managing parts and stock levels within the van
Qualifications & Requirements
* Proven experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing forklifts or similar plant machinery
* Background as a plant mechanic or mobile fitter
* Qualifications are advantageous, but time‑served engineers are strongly encouraged to apply
* Customer‑focused approach with good communication skills
