As we continue to go from strength to strength, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Works Manager to assist with day-to-day operations throughout our e-commerce warehouse, supporting the efficient and effective running of daily activities while upholding our high standards across the entire site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing daily operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods.
* Ensure accurate inventory control and order fulfillment.
* Support warehouse staff, forklift drivers, and shift supervisors.
* Across the site all day supporting various teams
* Monitor equipment use, warehouse layout, and safety protocols.
* Implement procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
* Report key metrics such as order accuracy, turnaround time, and damage rates.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a management role, preferably within distribution, warehouse, industrial, or related sectors.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent understanding of distribution processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Physically able to be hands-on with occasional heavy lifting
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm
* Occasional Saturday work
