Branch Relief (Civils) Locations covered: Ammanford and Pembroke Dock Are you friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused? We’re looking for a Brach relief to join our busy team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service to our customers while keeping the branch running smoothly. What You’ll Do: Provide first-class service to every customer, in person and over the phone. Support with sales by processing transactions, raising paperwork, and forwarding leads. Accurately pick and prepare orders for deliveries, collections, and stock transfers. Loading vehicles on the yard and ensure goods are stored safely. Maintain stock levels, replenish shelves, and keep displays well-presented. Handle supplier deliveries, checking quality and quantity of goods. Keep the branch, yard, and warehouse safe, clean, and well-organised. Operate forklifts safely (training provided if required). What We’re Looking For: Great communication and customer service skills. A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail. Reliability and flexibility to support across different tasks. Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail, trade, or warehouse roles is a plus (but not essential). Forklift licence desirable — training is available. Hours of work : An average of 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am – 4.30pm. Salary: depends on experience Interested?
