Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Negotiator in our Colchester branch, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing outstanding service to our clients. You will leverage your property market knowledge and sales expertise to achieve targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales to maximise client satisfaction and company profitability
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice throughout the sales process
* Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales targets
* Contribute to marketing strategies to promote properties effectively
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
* Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role in the property industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation abilities and a target-driven mindset
* In-depth knowledge of the local property market
* Well-presented and organised with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
