Senior Project Manager – Offshore Wind
Location: UK (Significant travel required, approx. 180 days/year)

NXGN, in partnership with a leading international offshore wind energy company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale offshore wind farm construction projects. Role Overview
As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end project delivery, managing construction activities, teams, and contractors across offshore wind projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning and execution of offshore wind farm construction projects from initiation through completion.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet objectives.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to optimise project performance.
* Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, forecasts, and critical issues.
* Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and safety on all sites.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Extensive experience in project or site management within the wind energy sector, preferably offshore.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects from planning through delivery.
* Strong understanding of construction management principles, offshore logistics, and safety regulations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
