The Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Practice Manager to join the leadership team. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice. The successful candidate will streamline operations, implement efficient processes, and ensure the team can focus on delivering exceptional service to clients. What you will do: Oversee and manage daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency across all functions. Implement and refine processes to improve workflows, compliance, and client experience. Act as the main point of contact for internal staff, ensuring a supportive and productive environment. Work closely with Partners to develop and deliver strategic initiatives. Manage HR functions, including recruitment, training, and staff development. Take responsibility for facilities, IT systems, and practice management software. Support financial planning and budgeting for the practice. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to best practice standards. What we're looking for: Previous experience in a practice management, operations, or senior administrative role, ideally within professional services. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to streamline and improve processes. Excellent interpersonal skills - able to support, motivate and develop staff. Commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. Tech-savvy and comfortable with practice management systems.
