The Sales Negotiator is responsible for generating and progressing residential and commercial property sales from initial enquiry through to completion. The role involves conducting viewings, negotiating offers, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting vendors and buyers throughout the sales process. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in buying or selling their property. Arrange and conduct property viewings Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers Manage and update property listings across various platforms Progress agreed sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, lenders, and other agents. Assist with marketing activities such as arranging photography, creating promotional materials and organising open days. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person. Experience Previous experience in a Sales / Business Development role / Key Account Executive role - at least 4 years. Strong communication skillsconfident in engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds. A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and professionalism in all interactions Applicants should demonstrate a keen interest in property and the local market.
