Job Description Senior Solicitor – Family Law - (Cheltenham or Bristol) Location: Cheltenham or Bristol Role: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £65,000–£80,000 (DOE) A leading law firm is opening new Bristol/ Cheltenham offices in 2026 and seeks a Senior Family Solicitor (6–10 years PQE) to establish and grow the practice. This is a rare chance to lead, build a team, and shape a new office. The Role • Handle a broad range of family law matters (excluding legal aid). • Lead office development and client growth. • Drive business development and practice strategy. • Supervise junior colleagues and deliver high-quality client service. • Option to bring your own paralegal.
