Health & Social Care Assessor role at CARE 2 Succeed
Full‑time, Permanent. 40 hrs. £26,000‑£32,000 GBP.
Location: Rotherham (S63).
Responsibilities
 * Assess Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare, Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
 * Collaborate with learners, ensuring the highest possible standards.
 * Complete all relevant paperwork associated with the role.
 * Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns.
 * Work across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children’s homes, residential family centres and supported living accommodation.
Qualifications
 * Recognised Assessor Qualification TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent.
 * Relevant work experience, preferably within Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young People and families is desirable.
 * Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
 * Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
 * Ability to work as part of a team, or independently.
 * Full driving licence with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North West.
