Health & Social Care Assessor role at CARE 2 Succeed
Full‑time, Permanent. 40 hrs. £26,000‑£32,000 GBP.
Location: Rotherham (S63).
Responsibilities
* Assess Level 3 Diplomas in Residential Childcare, Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Management and Team Leading qualifications.
* Collaborate with learners, ensuring the highest possible standards.
* Complete all relevant paperwork associated with the role.
* Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns.
* Work across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children’s homes, residential family centres and supported living accommodation.
Qualifications
* Recognised Assessor Qualification TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalent.
* Relevant work experience, preferably within Health and Social Care sectors, Children, Young People and families is desirable.
* Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate learners.
* Ability to work as part of a team, or independently.
* Full driving licence with use of own vehicle and the ability to travel to our services in South Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North West.

Care 2 Succeed uses the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) to make enhanced level checks on all persons whose work will involve regular contact with or working in close proximity to the children and vulnerable adults in the care units. Must have a right to work in the UK.
