* Create internal and external pathways (e.g. risers and in-building wiring) using required software
* Collaborate with field survey teams to incorporate real-world data into designs
* Identify entry points, equipment locations, and optimal cabling routes within MDUs
* Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards, local regulations, and project budgets
* Coordinate with property management and permitting teams to secure necessary documentation
* Maintain accurate records and update planning databases and tools
* Support construction and operations teams with build-ready documentation packages
* Troubleshoot design issues and revise plans for feasibility, compliance, or cost-efficiency
* Track project progress and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams

Desired Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in fibre planning or telecom network design
* Strong knowledge of FTTP and PON fibre architectures
* Proficiency with GIS tools and network design platforms
* Familiarity with in-building fibre planning for MDUs, including riser/backbone layouts
* Ability to interpret floorplans, site maps, and utility drawings
* Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* [Preferred] Experience with telecom providers, ISPs, or fibre contractors

Nice to Have
