Are you an experienced school administrator seeking flexible work opportunities? Join our team as a supply school administrator and make a difference in education! Protocol Education are currently working with a school in BD5 that require a skilled individual with a strong administrative background.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Managing student records, including enrolment, attendance, and academic progress tracking
5. Assisting with the organization of school events, meetings, and appointments
6. Handling school communications, both internal and external, including emails, phone calls, and mail
7. Providing administrative support to teaching staff, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry
8. Ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures regarding student welfare and safeguarding
Requirements:
9. Previous experience in school administration or a similar role
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
11. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
13. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
14. Knowledge of school policies and procedures is desirable
