About the role
The PMO Reporting & Masterdata Analyst will help support delivery teams to manage their projects, programmes and portfolios. This role is accountable for the creation, maintenance and improvement of Masterdata records in our project management tool, KeyedIn, which is the single source of truth on the status of all IT2A projects.
Responsibilities:
* Capture, sort, improve and analyse project data for completeness, accuracy and sensibleness. Detect and correct masterdata gaps, discrepancies or anomalies with delivery stakeholders.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and observe data governance policies
* Produce and review KeyedIn reports to aid management of the IT2A project portfolio and support decision making
* Support project delivery teams with queries on KeyedIn data
* Work with offshore PMO resource on the maintenance of KeyedIn and project reports
* Collaborate with the PMO governance coordinator to ensure Masterdata changes are compliant with required controls
* Propose solutions to enhance project data quality and efficiency
* Identify process optimization related to project data management
* Support the wider PMO and assurance teams in promoting and embedding project, programme and portfolio management best practice
What you’ll need to have
* Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
* Ability to interpret complex data sets, identifying patterns and trends
* Experience producing clear reports to support decision-making
* Knowledge of data governance principles
* Familiarity with project management methodologies
