The fundamental purpose of this role is to improve efficiency, productivity, and net profit levels through effective management and control of all available resources.
The Senior Manager builds and implements detailed plans to achieve business unit and company objectives, as set out and agreed by all the Senior Leadership Team. Management responsibilities are broad; while this role primarily directs one business unit, it impacts global affairs.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Proactively identify and develop new business contacts to generate contractor requests.
* Build and implement plans to achieve sales, financial, and budget objectives, with performance monitoring and regular reports.
* Identify business objectives and critical success factors for managing daily sales and admin activities.
* Set clear objectives with direct reports, with regular reviews.
* Identify training needs and work with Coaches to develop competencies. Conduct regular appraisals and reviews.
* Participate in site visits (UK and overseas), assisting in preparation, delivery, and follow-up.
* Monitor and improve service levels to clients and contractors, refining customer service standards.
* Lead sales operations by introducing new services to clients within geographical boundaries.
* Promote open communication, complete training, and uphold QCS values.
* Develop a success culture based on objectives, responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure legal and contractual compliance in the country of operation.
* Support sales management with team coverage and handling urgent queries during trips or leave.
