Nike Loanhead is seeking a part-time (8 hours per week) Retail Assistant to deliver world‑class customer service and support sales in our store.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to create a premium brand experience.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
* Support store departments: operate cash register, manage inventory, refill products, build visual displays, and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Utilize digital devices to bridge online and offline sales or services.
* Inform consumers and teammates about Nike products and services.
* Continuously improve knowledge through tools and training to stay updated on sales trends, products, services, and company culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible scheduling; availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Availability
* Part-time: 8 hours per week.
* Must be available on weekends.
* Available between 9 am and 9 pm.
