As a Learning Partner, you'll play a key role in guiding our colleagues through their Wilderness Way Career Path Journey. From supporting learners in achieving their Level 3 Diploma to designing personalized learning plans and delivering engaging workshops, you'll make sure every colleague's development is nothing short of exceptional!

1. Foster Growth: Advocate for continuous improvement and champion a culture of learning and development across all roles.
2. Support Learning Journeys: Onboard new colleagues and guide them as they navigate their professional journey with tailored learning plans.
3. Assess and Develop: Mark learner portfolios, assess progress, and provide constructive feedback to help learners stay on track.
4. Be the Mentor: Work directly with learners, offering personalised learning recommendations and coaching them to success.
