The Role: You’ll be working alongside experienced teachers and therapists to support children and young people aged 7–19 with complex learning needs, including autism spectrum conditions, speech and language challenges, and associated social and emotional needs. Whether you’re helping in the classroom, assisting with personalised learning activities, or supporting emotional regulation, you’ll play a vital role in each student’s journey.
