The Role You will be supporting the business on its continued growth, working directly with customers and supporting the Product Deployment team. The role will see you working collaboratively with clients to understand current processes and systems, mapping how Skewb’s digital products will be incorporated into client business practices to improve performance and deliver increased value. The role will require deep knowledge of Skewb’s products, which will be developed from day 1, to enable effective delivery of training to client product users and provide post-implementation support. You will ensure proactive and efficient management and delivery along with customer communications throughout the product deployment process. Key Responsibilities Map current client processes and develop To Be processes and accountabilities, including the integration of products, ensuring Skewb’s products are deployed to meet client requirements. Deliver a change plan to embed new systems and processes, including delivery of training and post-implementation support, to ensure Skewb’s produce are embedded effectively with the client. Work alongside the Product Development Team to collect requirements, user stories, develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and deliver UAT, ensuring all client needs are met through the deployed product. Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding ongoing deployment, issues, and service updates. Work closely with product teams, developers, architects, QA, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth handovers. Work alongside the product team and subject matter experts to support the development of solutions to client needs across the industry, including new products and services. Identify service improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Provide regular performance, incident, and trend reporting to internal stakeholders and clients. Person Specification Proactive and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders. Confident and experienced in customer-facing roles, with a professional and empathetic approach to understanding client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence, engage, and build trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation. Committed to delivering high standards of client service, with a strong focus on value, responsiveness, and business outcomes. Performs well under pressure and maintains focus in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments. Thrives in an agile and rapid-paced environment – suited to an energetic individual, happy to “roll their sleeves up” Skills and Experience Advanced skills in process mapping and analysis, including identifying opportunities for process improvement and the integration of digital solutions. Proven experience leading and supporting change management initiatives, with an ability to manage complex business transformation projects. Strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a track record of using technology to enable and enhance business processes. Experience in the utilities or infrastructure sector (desirable) Understanding of regulatory and operational challenges in utility networks (desirable) Experience working in digital product deployment and transformation (desirable) Education and Qualifications There are no specific education requirements or qualifications needed for this position.
