Administrator Health and Social Care
30.6 hours per week (worked Monday to Friday), 39 weeks per year to cover term times

Actual salary in the range of £20,293 - £23,061 per annum
We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our curriculum team for Health and Social Care based at Uxbridge Campus.
You will undertake a wide range of administrative duties including producing correspondence and reports, assisting in arranging class cover, diary management, handling queries and communicating effectively with students and staff across the College.
You should have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and experience of using IT systems/databases. You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours for this post are 30.6 hours per week, and are expected to be 9.00am 4.00pm, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, with a later finish time of 5.00pm on Tuesdays.
