Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team near Lytham St Annes/Blackpool. Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a relevant industry. Healthcare experience desirable but not essential.
* Strong understanding of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, with the ability to leverage these tools for effective client management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
* Attend industry events/meetings and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.
* Manage small team of clinicians and administrators reporting back to the medical director.
* Put together processes for new services at the clinic.
* Conduct audits and projects as per business needs.
* Oversight of clinic processes/ estate/equipment management processes
* Payments of invoices of suppliers
* Advertising /social media management
* Staff appraisals
