About The Role
In this position, you will act as a first point of contact for technical support, assisting users across the London office as well as providing remote support to global colleagues where required. You will work across a varied technical landscape, supporting end‑user technology, core applications, and meeting room systems, while learning from an experienced and supportive senior team.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first line of support for day-to-day IT queries and technical issues
* Resolve problems relating to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
* Manage and update support tickets through the internal helpdesk system
* Provide support for Microsoft 365, Teams, and essential business software
* Assist with meeting room technology and video conferencing setups
* Support onboarding processes including device configuration and user provisioning
* Escalate complex incidents to second‑line or specialist teams when needed
* Deliver a professional and user‑focused support experience at all times
