Sparta Global are seeking a finance-focussed PMO Analyst to join on a 12-Month FTC, before being offered a permanent position at the end of the contract period.
This role requires 2 Days per week on-site in Birmingham.
Overview:
* The PMO Analyst will support the effective delivery of complex programmes through strong financial tracking, governance, and reporting.
* Successful programmes rely on clear information, disciplined processes, and trustworthy data - in this role, youll help ensure that delivery teams and senior stakeholders have accurate financial and delivery insight, enabling informed decisions and reducing risk.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the forecasting and reporting cycle (budgets, actuals, variances) delivered accurately and on time.
2. Partner with Finance and Project Managers to validate inputs, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain a single source of truth.
3. Provide clear, actionable commentary with early warnings and mitigation options for senior leaders.
