This is a crucial role where your precision will directly support our production and compliance processes, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of our vital documentation. The Role: What You'll Be Doing As our Document Controller, you'll be the linchpin for managing critical paperwork and data flow. Your core responsibilities will include: Batch Management: Precisely releasing scheduled batches to production, ensuring all accompanying paperwork is correct and cross-checked. Batch Completion: Guaranteeing all produced batches are accurately completed to stock, with all materials correctly allocated. Document Distribution: Facilitating the timely and correct distribution of documents to various departments. Reporting: Running regular, accurate reports to maintain stock accuracy and data integrity. We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is ready to be a collaborative team player. Top Skills We Need: Exceptional Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy and a good eye for detail when handling high volumes of paperwork. Strong PC Skills: Proficiency in general computer use, especially Excel and Word. Experience with PowerBI is a plus! Teamwork: The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small team. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth document control processes. Working With Us Location: Paisley Working Hours: Dayshift only (Office-based role).
