Applications are invited for the post of Booking Clerk working within the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department within the Colposcopy team, supporting a number of Consultants and Nurses. Candidates will need to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and understanding as this can be a sensitive area of work. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Secretarial Team.

This post involves working with the Medical and Nursing teams to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring patient information is accurate and timely, and facilitating effective communication to support appointment booking and clinic operations.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude, initiative, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and good IT skills. Strong administration and organizational skills, attention to detail, a passion for excellence, and teamwork are essential.
