* Support Workers across Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Physiotherapy, Dietetics & Nursing
Multiple roles are available across Agenda for Change bandings, with flexible options to suit your lifestyle and ambitions.
Main duties of the job
* To provide a specialist Occupational Therapy Service to Stroke patients as delegated and directed by the Stroke OT Team Leads.
* To manage a delegated caseload, assessing patient needs, planning interventions, and evaluating care within service protocols.
* To promote integrated, multidisciplinary working practices supporting seamless care transition.
* To support the Team Lead OT, Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Stroke Rehab, Professional Lead OT, and Service Manager with service development and policy implementation.
* To delegate work and supervise band 5 OT, OT apprentices, and OT support staff, providing training as required.
