Graduate Quantity Surveyor
Reports to: Quantity Surveyor
Based at: Rench Farm Office
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing Sub-Contract agreements and payments
Attending, contributing to, and minuting Internal Team Meetings
Preparing Interim Valuations with Senior Surveyor and agreeing amounts for payment.
Informing Sub-Contractors of Contract variations
Valuing variations
Reporting to Senior Surveyor on job performance via cost/value comparisons
Skills Required:
HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Project Management
Computer literate Microsoft Office
Good Communicator
Driving Licence
