Join Our Team as a Cover Supervisor! Location: Chelmsford Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Do you enjoy working with young people, love variety, and have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to step in and support our classes when teachers are away.
This isn't your typical 9-5 role-no two days are ever the same! One day you could be supervising a lively Year 7 English lesson, the next guiding Year 10 through their science work. The best part? You don't need to be a qualified teacher-just confident, adaptable, and ready to make a difference.
What you'll be doing:
Supervising classes in the absence of the teacher.
Making sure students stay on task and engaged with their learning.
Bringing positivity, energy, and a sense of calm to the classroom.
Being a role model for our students at KS3 and KS4.What we're looking for:
A great communicator who's confident with young people.
Organised, reliable, and able to think on your feet.
Someone who enjoys variety and has a good sense of humour!
Experience in schools or with young people is a bonus, but not essential.Why join us?
