Responsibilities
* To handle a variety of corporate and commercial cases, advise clients on complex matters, and play a key role in driving the expansion of the practice area.
* Handling a diverse range of matters such as mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, management buy-ins/outs, restructuring, and finance.
* Supporting initiatives to grow the commercial legal services.
* Working with colleagues to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.
* Engaging in business development activities to attract and retain clients.
Candidate Profile
* A qualified Solicitor with over 4 years’ PQE.
* Experience managing complex transactional corporate and commercial work.
* Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of client business needs.
