Position: Seat Supplier Quality Representative
Location: London (Rochford), UK

Salary: £35 per hour
Main responsibilities:
* Lead, assess & investigate supplier quality issues
* Lead, plan & execute high complex & cross-functional projects & initiatives
* Lead & participate in quality reviews, PMRs & governances with senior management (Directors)
* Identify improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and stakeholder collaboration
* Define corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers
* Propose innovative solutions and manage their deployment
* Perform risk analyses for complex solutions
* Develop and communicate strategic decisions effectively
* Analyze data and generate KPIs on supplier quality performance
* Manage RNC / VRNC Q & tasks requiring MRB approval
* Provide technical support and coaching on quality tools
* Mentor team members and participate in strategic planning
Additional responsibilities (if required):
* Plan and perform FAI reviews
* Conduct source inspections
* Review and approve quality forms (e.g., dropship)
Requirements:
* At least 7 years of experience in aerospace or automotive quality
* Strong experience with luxury seats, leather, and finishing
* Proven problem solving and root cause analysis skills
* Experience with problem solving methodologies: 8D, PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Poka Yoke
* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is a plus
* Knowledge of Aerospace Quality Systems and international standards
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to read blueprints and check dimensional properties, GD&T knowledge
* Experience with First Article Inspections (AS9102) is a plus
* Knowledge of Net Inspect, Discus, SAP is advantageous
* Proficiency with inspection tools: CMM, comparator, micrometers, gauges
* Self-sufficient and able to work independently
