Working hours from 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with Saturday rota from 08:00 to 13:00 (1 in 5)

Conduct repairs and servicing to the highest standards and manufacturer specifications
Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment
Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology through relevant training
Complete all work whilst observing safe working practices and adhering to quality standards
Liaise with team members and supervisors to meet repair deadlines and quality benchmarks
Document service reports, warranties, and vehicle diagnostics electronically
Conduct detailed vehicle health checks and produce reports or videos efficiently
Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and tool protocols
Participate in manufacturer training pathways, including hybrid and electric vehicle technology
Assist in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfactionRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 or IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification
Proficient in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
Enthusiastic and energetic approach to work
Full UK driving licence
Smart appearance and professional attitude
Ideally experienced within main dealer environments
