Medlock Partners is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. The role involves supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams, including investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations.
The successful candidate will own the full recruitment process, utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support as needed. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, manage vacancies from start to finish, build talent pipelines, and advise stakeholders. Additionally, you may lead or support wider HR and talent initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects.
This role is suited to a hands-on, commercially minded individual who thrives in a fast-moving, complex environment. Strong stakeholder management and a passion for recruiting are essential.
If interested and your experience matches the criteria, please apply now or contact Kerry Norman for more information.
