Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and commercially driven Fashion Designer to lead the design and development of size-inclusive collections. You will be responsible for creating trend-led pieces, ensuring excellent fit across all sizes, and supporting rapid design-to-production timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Product Development
* Design seasonal and reactive collections aligned with Fashion SZN brand identity
* Create detailed design sketches, CADs, and technical packs for manufacturers
* Develop trend-led products across dresses, co-ords, tops, outerwear, and occasion wear
Trend Research
* Monitor emerging trends, competitors, and customer demand
* Translate trends into commercially viable products for fast fashion cycles
* Identify key shapes, fabrics, colours, and silhouettes
Collaboration
* Work with founders, production, and marketing teams
* Support campaign concepts, product launches, and drops
* Assist in building cohesive collections and product ranges
RequirementsEssential
* Minimum 4+ years experience in fashion design (womenswear preferred)
* Strong understanding of size-inclusive design and garment fit
* Experience creating tech packs and working with manufacturers
* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics
* Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment
Preferred
* Experience working with fast fashion or contemporary brands
* Based in Manchester or able to commute
