The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality autonomous care to patients presenting with minor injuries and urgent care needs within a fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities * Independently assess, diagnose, treat, and discharge patients presenting to the MIU/UTC. * Manage a wide range of minor injuries and urgent presentations in line with local and national clinical guidelines. * Request and interpret appropriate investigations where required. * Provide safe, effective, and patient-centred care while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. * Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient patient flow and high standards of care. * Escalate and refer patients appropriately when required.
