Job Title: Client Account Director @ Independent Media Agency
Location: London, Soho (3x days in office)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, purpose-driven media agency within a specialist creative group. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients, delivering cross-channel strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and impact across.
This isn’t a hands-off leadership role. You’ll blend strategic thinking with day-to-day execution - shaping planning responses, presenting to clients, and ensuring exceptional output across all campaigns. Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery across client accounts, maintaining consistently high standards
* Take ownership of strategy and planning responses, presenting insights and recommendations to clients
* Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, media partners, and clients to ensure smooth execution
* Provide hands-on support across planning, media, proposals, and pitches as needed
* Maintain high standards of creativity and execution, holding yourself and your team accountable
* Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in client management and account leadership, ideally across media/entertainment sectors
* Strong cross-channel planning and execution experience
* Hands-on approach, able to balance strategy and day-to-day delivery
* Confident presenting to clients and building relationships with senior stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied campaigns
* Highly organised, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Understanding of paid media, TV, OOH, digital, and audio campaigns
* Experience in an agency with collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams
