The Opportunity Copello are supporting a leading Defence client in their search for a Test & Testability Expert to play a key role in shaping how systems are tested across their full lifecycle — from early concept through to production and in-service support. You’ll report into the Head of Test & Testability, with strong project links to the Project Chief Design Engineer, and act as a Subject Matter Expert across multiple programmes. As part of the Test & Testability Architecture team, you’ll help define smarter test strategies, improve Built-In Test architectures, and raise the quality and consistency of test specifications across projects — removing waste and focusing effort where it adds real value. This is a senior, influential role where your technical expertise will directly shape product quality, efficiency, and ways of working.
