Their expertise allows them to address the unique challenges and requirements of each sector effectivelyJOB RESPONSBILITIESService and maintain commercial heating systems and boilersInstall, diagnose, and repair heating systems and domestic hot and cold water systemsInstall heating plant, domestic water plant, and water heatersCarry out pipework installation for water, gas, air, and associated systemsOperate press-fit toolsComplete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenanceWork collaboratively with other trades on-siteEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standardsComplete job reports and associated documentation accuratelyPrepare material lists and support apprentices when requiredParticipate in the on-call rota to provide emergency supportUndertake additional duties in line with business requirementsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSNVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in PlumbingValid Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1ALPG qualification (desirable)OFTEC 101, 105E & 600A (desirable)Unvented Hot Water Storage certificationStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsGood understanding of health and safety proceduresProfessional and customer-focused approachStrong communication and reporting skillsFull UK Driving LicenceSALARY & BENEFITS£42,000 - £45,000 basic salaryOTE £55,000+Company diesel van and fuel cardPension schemeCore working hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)On-call rota: 1 in 16 (approximately 2-4 weeks per year)Unlimited overtime availableAdditional company benefitsIf you have any questions on this role, please contact Tom on 07908947467 & .TPBN1_UKTJ
