We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity to work with pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and strong learning habits. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across the Year 3 curriculum, supporting pupils as they adapt to increased expectations. You will maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where pupils feel supported and motivated to succeed. Assessment will be used effectively to track progress, identify next steps, and inform planning. Differentiation will ensure all pupils, including those with SEND, EAL, or additional learning needs, are supported appropriately. You will work closely with teaching assistants and Lower Key Stage 2 colleagues to ensure consistency and continuity in learning. This role is suitable for ECTs or experienced teachers who are confident in their classroom practice and passionate about Key Stage 2 teaching.
