What you will do:
* Own and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting cycles
* Partner closely with senior leadership on strategic financial planning
* Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and support cost optimization
The ideal candidate:
* 4+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting roles
* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience preferred
* Proven experience in high-growth environments with strong Excel and data skills
