Your Responsibilities:
* Surveying work in housebuilding, associated procedures and practices including subcontract procurement.
* Valuation of subcontractor payment applications.
* Negotiation of final accounts.
* Preparation of monthly cost reports.
* Responsible for running a number of developments across the region.
* Working cohesively with the land, technical, construction and sales teams respectively.
* Assist in maintaining the region’s portfolio house‑type cost database used for future land acquisitions.

Required Skills:
* Minimum qualification: HND in Quantity Surveying.
* 2+ years’ new‑build housing / residential experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
* Proficient with IT systems – Microsoft packages and CRM systems.
* COINS experience desirable.
* Full UK driving licence.
