Our client, a fast-growing and highly innovative smart home & building automation business, is looking for a Technical Sales Account Manager/Partner Coach to join their expanding UK team.

This a full-time, office-based role in Reading
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting partners (installers/integrators) with technical queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems
* Assisting with project planning, including system design and hardware selection
* Troubleshooting installations and providing practical, solution-focused advice
* Guiding partners through setup, configuration, and commissioning
* Delivering training and onboarding support to new and existing partners
* Helping partners successfully sell and implement solutions
* Collaborating with internal teams across sales, training, and technical support
What skills you’ll bring
* Background in electrical engineering, automation, or similar technical field would be highly advantageous
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Confidence communicating with partners via phone, email, and in person
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically
* A technically credible approach with strong relationship-building skills
* Interest or experience in smart home tech, IoT, or building automation
* A proactive, motivated mindset suited to a fast-growth environment
