Supply Desk is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Bovingdon. This full-time role is set to begin in September and offers a rewarding opportunity to inspire young learners at a pivotal stage of their development.

Job Description:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum for primary-aged pupils.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where all children are encouraged to learn and thrive.
Differentiate teaching approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support student progress and wellbeing.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff to support effective learning and classroom management.
Engage in regular assessment, monitoring, and reporting of pupil progress.
Take part in staff meetings, INSET days, and contribute to wider school activities and events.
Ensure a strong safeguarding culture is maintained within the classroom and across the school.
Our ideal candidate will:
Hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be an ECT looking to complete induction.
Have recent experience teaching within a primary school setting.
Demonstrate excellent classroom practice and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
Be an excellent communicator with a positive, proactive attitude.
Be able to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils of all abilities.
Be committed to continuous professional development and collaboration with colleagues.
Be flexible, resilient, and organised with a genuine passion for education.
Hold or be willing to obtain a clear Enhanced DBS check.
