Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day Employee Relations casework
Oversee and support the HR Administrator
Travel as required to hotel locations across the UK
Apply strong Human Resources advisor skills to deliver best practices
Uphold professional standards
What we're looking for
To succeed, you will need:
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or above), or equivalent experience
Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
A solid understanding of good HR practice
Flexibility to travel when required
A full driving licence and access to your own car
