Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Architectural Technologist, you will:
1. Use Revit to produce high-quality architectural designs and technical drawings.
2. Review and coordinate technical documentation to ensurepliance and accuracy.
3. Assist in preparing budgets and cost estimates for materials and resources.
4. Develop and refine project briefs in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
5. Produce detailed technical drawing packages for construction and tender stages.
6. Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should:
7. Be highly proficient in Revit (essential).
8. Hold Associate or Chartered Membership of CIAT (preferred).
9. Have proven experience working onmercial projects.
10. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
11. Possess at least 1 year of UK-based architectural experience.
12. Demonstrate excellentmunication and organizational skills.
