* Ensuring full compliance with SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
* National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or willingness to complete
* Strong understanding of SEND legislation and inclusive education
* Experience coordinating interventions and supporting students with additional needs
* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
