We’re looking for a UK Campaigns & Performance Marketing Manager to lead impactful, data-driven marketing campaigns that connect with clients and deliver measurable growth.This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, digital expertise, and leadership to elevate our UK marketing performance.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with UK strategy* Develop campaign strategies including audience targeting, messaging, and channel selection* Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI* Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity* Act as the central point of contact for campaign delivery across internal teams* Drive the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot* Improve marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness* Collaborate with marketing, digital, events, and commercial teams to deliver impactful campaigns* Support media planning and work with partners to maximise reach and engagement* Lead, mentor, and develop a Marketing Executive, supporting their ongoing learning and development* Stay up to date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices**About You:*** Proven experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, PPC, paid social, SEO, and display* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and analytics tools* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills* Experience leading or mentoring team members* Good understanding of marketing, sales, and customer journey principles* Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindsetAt Buro Happold, we believe in creating a better, more sustainable world.
