Lifting Supervisor
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Role Overview:
As a Lifting Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations on site. You will oversee all lifting activities, supervise the lifting crew, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Your experience and leadership will be essential in managing lifting operations and ensuring all plant and equipment is used safely and effectively.
Requirements:
CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme) card with Lifting Operations endorsement. / NPORS
Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of lifting operations, equipment, and regulations.
Strong understanding of health and safety practices and site safety regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
Valid CSCS card.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and lifting plans.
