We’re looking for a Contract Manager to lead the operational delivery of a multi-service customer estate, ensuring compliance, performance, and outstanding customer satisfaction. Location: Nottingham / National Salary: Up to £52,000 £5,000 Car Allowance Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Sector: Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) About the Role As Contract Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of Hard Services (such as M&E maintenance and compliance) and Soft Services (including cleaning, security, and support services) across a diverse customer portfolio. You’ll manage a high-performing team, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual obligations. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead the operational delivery of multi-service operations across customer estates. Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs, SLAs, and statutory obligations. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact. Full P&L responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control. Drive a customer-focused culture and continuous improvement initiatives. Embed Salisbury’s Health & Safety policies into daily operations. Identify and deliver training and development plans for your team. Provide technical advice and ensure appropriate specialist support is used. Produce and present management information and performance reports. Lead recruitment, succession planning, and staff development. Identify opportunities for account growth and service optimisation. Ensure timely and accurate submission of timesheets and overtime approvals. About You ✅ What We’re Looking For Qualifications: GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely (desirable) Full UK Driving Licence Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing Hard Services (e.g. M&E, compliance) and Soft Services (e.g. cleaning, security) across multiple sites Strong understanding of multi-service delivery in FM environments Financial control and P&L management experience Project management and client-facing experience Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
