As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and commercially savvy Senior Recruitment Consultant to take our engineering or Manufacturing division to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own your desk and drive results across the full 360° recruitment cycle :
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships in the engineering / Manufacturing sector
* Source, screen, and place candidates from junior to executive level
* Write compelling job adverts and market top talent to clients
* Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and your network to find the best candidates
* Negotiate terms of business and manage the full sales cycle
* Stay ahead of market trends and client needs
* Mentor junior consultants (if applicable) and contribute to a high-performing team culture
* Smash your KPIs and billing targets — and help others do the same
What You’ll Bring
Essential :
* Proven recruitment experience.
* Strong business development skills and a track record of growing a client base
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
* Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and sourcing platforms
