THE COMPANY
A global operating healthcare technology company its medsurg offering includes infection prevention and surgical solutions as one of its core revenue drivers. Solutions are designed to help reduce the risk of surgical site infections, optimize workflows and lower costs, so healthcare professionals focus on what matters most, patient-centered care. As part of their continued growth, they are now seeking a high-performing Strategic Territory Manager/clinician to manage and expand existing NHS accounts across East Anglia & Northern Home Counties.
THE ROLE
* Selling medical consumables into secondary care
* Managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships
* Targeting ICU, theatres, Critical Care & Infection Prevention Departments
* Key decision makers include IV nurses, ODPs, consultants, procurement
* Growth will come from existing accounts as well as new ones. The beauty of this opportunity is the ability to reach out to multiple new arenas within each account.
* The role requires a credible, proactive, and consultative clinical approach to managing NHS relationships
EXPERIENCE
We are ideally looking for high performing and driven candidates who have experience selling any product into the NHS. Due to the clinical nature of the products, we will strongly consider clinicians wanting to transition into sales for this role too.

THE PACKAGE FOR TERRITORY MANAGER
Basic: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience.
Commission: 20% Uncapped bonus,
