Senior Property Counter Fraud Lead
A bit about the job:
The UKGI Claims Counter Fraud Senior Lead is responsible for fraud prevention across UKGI Property Claims, covering strategy development, management of in-house fraud activities, and oversight of outsourced activities. The role involves developing and executing strategies to make the Counter Fraud team a market leader, utilizing analytics and technology to improve detection and investigation, and leading a team of 40-50 colleagues. The aim is to support the Property team in achieving indemnity targets and enhancing customer experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Counter Fraud and operational experience, especially in Property/Claims, with strategic planning skills.
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
* Leadership skills aligned with Aviva Values, capable of leading high-performing teams.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of risk management, operational risk frameworks, and controls.
